COVID-19 Information letter

Dear Customer and Partner,

Paptic customer service, Paptic material production and Paptic R&D activity are fully operative in these unprecedented conditions:

Paptic Head Office personnel in Espoo are mainly working from home offices. No acute virus cases have been detected among us. We are implementing preventive measures and complying with instructions from the local authorities.

In Paptic customer service we are fully operative and well available:

Our Sales Office and Technical Customer Service in Espoo are in full control of the situation and well available for inquiries from the global markets, ensuring current deliveries and customer service.

All our European sales agents are in normal operative mode working from their home offices as usual – and well available. Our representatives outside of Europe are also well available for any inquiries or Paptic customer service.

Paptic R&D activity continues in normal way. Product development and new product launches are progressing in planned timescale.

Our contract manufacturer is implementing a detailed COVID-19 prevention program in close co-operation with the local health authorities:

No acute cases of virus have been detected among the company personnel. Production is running as planned. If personnel shortage situation arrives in production, flexibility plan to fulfill the shifts is in place. Regarding raw material supplies there are no foreseeable problem areas for the next 2 months.

Currently the customer deliveries are continuing without major difficulties. Considering the current border restrictions that are being put in place, and the possibility that the transport companies may be affected by the virus regarding available staff, there could be longer transport times in the future.

Paptic Management Team is following the situation on daily basis.

We remain at your service for any inquiries or assistance regarding our products and services.

We invite you, dear Customer and Partner, to exchange with us on your projects and needs. This may further help us act in the most effective ways and create a stronger connection in these extraordinary circumstances, while making sure we take the necessary steps to build a better and more sustainable future together.

Best Regards from the Paptic team
