Paptic started its journey towards ISO 9001 certification in 2022 to have a more structured management system to ensure effective processes to meet customers’ and other stakeholders´ expectations. “Our quality management system covers our entire company operations. It emphasizes a customer-focused approach, professional personnel, and the desire to develop and improve our high-quality products, processes, and services to become even better,” states Tuomas Mustonen, CEO and Co-founder of Paptic Ltd.” The certification demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement, reliability, and quality. Even though we are still a fairly young company, we have systematic ways of working and the ability to serve our international customers efficiently.”

“Thanks to the dedicated commitment and active involvement of both the management and the personnel, we have established our company-like quality management system that effectively supports our operations. It was great to witness the enthusiastic participation of our entire team, all done collaboratively with a positive attitude, aligning seamlessly with Paptic’s core values”, completes Mira Virkki, Head of Quality and Safety at Paptic.
